Tuesday afternoon, in the 1600 block of East Robinson in Knoxville, a power line was downed by a mobile home, on the move. Knoxville Fire and Rescue, Knoxville Police and MidAmerican Energy responded to the scene, while traffic was blocked on East Robinson for a time, and directed onto Main Street.
