A flood warning is still in effect for parts of Marion County after yesterday’s heavy rainfall. The warned area includes the cities of Pleasantville, Swan, Monroe, and Prairie City and the warning is until 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. Never drive a vehicle into water-covered roadways, as one foot of flowing water is power enough to sweep cars off of roadways.
