There’s a chance to win a $500 People’s Choice prize in the Pleasantville 4th of July parade. This year’s theme is “Dreams Come True Under the Red White & Blue,” and the float with the most votes in the People’s Choice category will take home the cash. Chamber Director Don Dursky tells KNIA KRLS News that this is new for 2014, and they would like entries as early as possible so they know how many to expect. He says line up starts at 10, and entries will be accepted until 10:30. The parade will begin at 11.
