The Iowa State Patrol reports that most area roadways are partially snow and ice covered and may be slick. Highways north of Monroe and Pella, and Highway 92 west of the Des Moines River between Knoxville and Oskaloosa are completely covered.

State, county and city plows are in operation, as are county maintainers on gravel roads. The Pella, Knoxville and Pleasantville Snow Ordinances are in effect.
