It’s been a pretty special year athletically for Pella High in 2014-15. First, a state championship in football, and now, the Little Dutch are three wins away from accomplishing that same feat on the hardwood. It’s Pella’s first trip to “The Well” since 2010, so it’s a new experience and atmosphere for everyone on the team, including senior Seth Johnson, who says he grew up watching past teams get there and made it a goal to be there with a phenomenal supporting cast. Even though the season will be over, win or lose, by next Saturday, Johnson adds there will be special memories coming in to and going out of Des Moines. Pella plays the late game this Tuesday, which is scheduled to tip-off at 8:15 p.m.
