Spring means a number of road construction projects will soon begin in Marion County.

The Marion County Secondary Road Department says 103rd Avenue from Highway G76 to Utah Drive, will be closed beginning Monday for road re-grading. The project is expected to last the entire week.
Hayes Street near Pleasantville will also be closed for bridge repair work beginning May 1st. Access to Hayes Drive during the closure will be via 20th Place/Gear Street. The bridge repair project is expected to last about four to six weeks.
