Community members and Central College students were treated to the 3rd annual bacon festival at Central College Wednesday.
Director of Dining Services Richard Phillips tells KNIA/KRLS News that almost every dish they served included bacon, from bacon mashed potatoes, to bacon infused desserts, and bacon main courses. He says their dining services department has been attempting to engage the Pella community more frequently, and that events like these help them do so.
