Twin Cedars baseball took care of business with Murray last night, winning 9 – 0. Otis Roby allowed two hits and struck out 18 Mustangs. Trace Embray had a double, Roby punched two hits and stole five bases, Noah Peterson and Jake Knox each had two singles. The Saber softball offense sputtered, only coming up with four hits in a 10 – 3 loss to Murray. Bailey Dunkin had a hit and two RBI, and Mackenzie Sedlock gave up six earned runs in the seven innings. Twin Cedars’ softball falls to 9 – 11, the baseball team is now 15 – 6; the girls plays Grand View Christian to conclude their regular season tonight, while the boys are off until Monday for a showdown with Pleasantville.
