Many local high school softball teams are beginning the journey to the state tournament in Fort Dodge this week.

The Pella Christian softball team will host Van Meter tonight at 7 p.m., with pregame coverage beginning at 6:45 on 92.1 KRLS. On Thursday, two in-county rivals will face each other in the Class 4A Regionals, with Pella traveling to Knoxville, a game that can be heard live on both AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA and 92.1 KRLS at 6:45 p.m.
