Sentencing will be handed down today against an Attica man facing sex abuse charges.

38-year old Danny Ray Cunningham Jr. pled guilty in May to three counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse, each a class C felony.

According to court documents, Cunningham was arrested for incidents that took place between January and April of this year with a victim age 14 or 15.
