All Conference Honors from the Heart of Iowa Conference were awarded for several PCM Mustangs on the boys side, senior Logan Gilman would garner first team honors while junior Luke Greiner was awarded with a place on the second team.

Junior Mark Bruxvoort and freshman Andrew Van Ryswyk were given honorable mentions. Gilman averaged 21.2ppg to lead the Heart of Iowa and 7.6rpg while shooting 40% from beyond the arc which was good enough for fourth, while Greiner would average career highs with 12.5ppg and 7rpg. Bruxvoort and Van Ryswyk would average 3.7 and 4.5 points respectively each playing most games coming off the bench.
