The Knoxville City Council meets tonight for a special work session on housing in Knoxville.

The Council will hear from Will Prather on the history of development in Knoxville and then discuss options regarding potential future projects with the Knoxville Economic Development Corporation. The meeting will take place in the city council chambers at 6:15 p.m.
