Traffic was slowed near the Westpoort business area in Pella Monday over the lunch hour after a two truck collision.

Pella Police responded to a call just after noon for a pair of white Ford pickups colliding at the intersection of Washington Street and West 16th Street. A Ford F350 with a TK Concrete logo appeared to hit the back of a Ford F150 truck just south of the Highway 163 overpass.

No major injuries were reported. Knoxville Rescue and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
