
As summer winds down, free activities continue at Lake Red Rock.
Live snakes will be on display at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the visitor center. A Little Walk will be held in the Playscape on Thursday at 10 a.m. A presentation about the Town Beneath the Lake is set for 8:30 p.m. Friday, in which the story of Red Rock before the dam was built will be shared.

Program Cancellation Note: The program about Red Rock’s Hydropower Project scheduled for Sat., August 6 has been cancelled.
Sat., August 6 – Pollinators on Parade – 1:00 p.m. – South Tailwater
Take a hike to search for butterflies, bees and other pollinators. Without them, we wouldn’t have enough to eat!
Wed., August 10 – Kids’ Craft Day – 1:00-3:00 p.m. – Visitor Center
Got creative kids? Bring your young artists to enjoy make-and take nature craft activities!
