The man responsible for several burglaries occurring this past spring at churches in Pella has entered a plea.
Andrew James Cogley, 29, pled guilty in Marion County District Court Friday.
In May, Cogley was found near one of the buildings he was accused of victimizing during a follow-up investigation. After interviewing Cogley, officers requested warrants be issued for his arrest. He was charged with 2nd degree burglary, a class C felony, two counts of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft, each class D felonies.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 16th.
