The Knoxville Football Squad wanted to get off to a good start to give the younger guys some confidence in its game with Chariton last night.  Mission accomplished, as the Panthers dominated the Chargers 34-0 in a game heard live on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA.  Both teams were unable to take advantage of good field position early on, but Knoxville finally struck the end zone when Joe Hollinrake streaked 74 yards late the first quarter.  The Panthers blew the game open in the second quarter with a Hollinrake one yard run, a Titius Chapman 87 yard score and Trent Davis grabbed a 27 yard pass for a score as time expired in the first half.  Coach Eric Kellar told KNIA/KRLS Sports his team’s balance was something that pleased him the most. Titius Chapman touched the ball six total times for 176 yards a two touchdowns while Jacob Zuck was 7/8 through the air for 158 yards and two scores.  Knoxville is now 1-0 on the season and will travel to Fairfield next week.
