A man has been arrested in Knoxville after making threats at a gas station.
An officer was called to Murphy USA after a clerk called to report a man behaving erratically and threatening to buy a gun to kill employees, police and others. The officer made contact with a man identified as Nikolas Richard Pigozzo, a transient. Pigozzo was taken to the Marion County Jail and charged with Harassment in the 1st degree, an aggravated misdemeanor.
