Construction is moving to the final phase on the Oskaloosa Street project in Pella next week.
Public works staff says work will begin along the stretch of road that’s next to Caldwell Park through the Prairie Street intersection. The project includes complete road reconstruction, replacement of the existing water main, and drainage improvements.
Detour signs will be posted when the change over begins, which is expected in the middle of the week. Weather permitting, the project should be finished in six-to-eight weeks.
