The Pella Opera House is holding a special event tonight to highlight changes made during renovations over the past year.

Taste of the Town will feature 20 vendors with food and beverages as part of the 2016-17 season launch party. Executive Director Heidi Kelley tells KNIA/KRLS News the event is open to anyone looking to learn the latest changes going on at the historic theatre site in Pella. A cash bar and silent auction begins at 6, and a live auction at 8, with proceeds benefiting renovations made at the Pella Opera House. Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased online at pellaoperahouse.org.
