The Pella Christian bowling team will feature one of their biggest rosters in recent memory, and one that includes many new faces.

Head Coach Rod Blunck tells KNIA/KRLS Sports there is significant growth on both boys and girls squads, with many athletes requiring plenty of teaching this winter.

“We had seven girls last year–five graduated, this year we have 20,” he says. “We’ve got about the same number of boys–we’ve got 25 boys out this year, so we have a good sized squad and a good mix of freshman through seniors.”
