The Pella School Board began the process of evaluating Superintendent Greg Ebeling at their meeting Monday.

A climate survey conducted with teachers and staff was presented to the board, highlighting how teachers feel about their jobs and their longevity in the district, as was information about the district’s marking plan. The board also sat down with Ebeling and discussed other goals and accomplishments over the past year in different categories.

The board also approved the final round of bonds to finance the rest of construction upgrades at Pella High School.
