Pleasantville and Knoxville Wrestling hit the mats in a quad meet last night in Carlisle, with the Trojans going 2-1 taking down Knoxville 45-22 and Martensdale-St. Mary’s 54-24 but falling to the hosts 42-39, while Knoxville went 1-2 falling to the hosts 52-23 and taking down MSM 48-30.

Trojan wrestlers Sawyer Phillips, Griffin McBride, Chaz Clark, and Will Anthony each got a pair of wins by fall. For Knoxville, Chase Bellon and Matthew Landsberger picked up two wins by fall each. Sectionals are up next for both Pleasantville and Knoxville, with the Trojans headed to Sigourney and the Panthers to Bondurant.
