Pella and Pella Christian students had their artwork showcased among the best in the Little Hawkeye Conference earlier this week.

Newton High School hosted the annual Little Hawkeye Conference Art Day. Each school submitted twenty works of art into the competition. Ten of Pella High School’s twenty submissions were honored with awards.

Nine Pella Christian students were also selected to attend the all-day event. The day included a guided tour of the public works of art in Newton, a visit with professional sculptors, and an award ceremony for outstanding student artwork.
