The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The board will consider a special events application for the Red Rock Grill and Still to host an event for the Red Rock Threshers Tractor Club on July 15th. They will hold a public hearing for a proposed Marion County Ordinance on the regulation of the discharge of fireworks. The proposed regulation would restrict the use of fireworks to July 4, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The board will look to approve the first reading of the ordinance while waiving second and third considerations. The board will consider the appointments of Kelly Mitchell, Robert Judkins, and Mark Worrall to the Marion County Development Commission,Jonna Van Ness as a Marion County Medical Examiner Investigator, and Bonnie Stalzer to the Aging Resource Advisory. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and will be held at the Marion County Courthouse.
