The Pella School Board reviewed their annual goals at a work session this week.

Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the board typically plans what they’d like to accomplish before the school year starts. Ebeling says the board primarily wants to better engage educators, connect with lawmakers, improve the school’s culture, and pursue self-education opportunities.
