Iowa author Jolene Philo will be speaking at the Knoxville Public Library tomorrow.

Philo will be speaking about her book “Does my Child have PTSD?” Philo tells KNIA/KRLS News there are behaviors parents can look for in their child that can be checked off for children who they might suspect of having PTSD. Philo says if a child has enough checked off, there can be further testing to show if the child does indeed have PTSD. Philo says children as young as three can be treated for PTSD.
