Two suspects of a November burglary missed their court date and have been arrested again.
According to court records, in November of 2017 the Knoxville Police Department responded to the report of burglary. Upon arrival officers were informed that a witness had came home to find two people upstairs. The suspects were identified by the witness as 61-year-old Raymond Cecil and 45-year-old Jennifer Cecil of Knoxville. The two suspects fled when the witness called police but were later arrested. A court date for a pre-trial conference was set in February, but neither showed and the pair were picked up by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and transferred to Marion County with no bond.
