The Simpson Storm men’s basketball team won the North Park Tournament in Chicago.

The Storm took down North Park in the opening game 75-68 behind six scorers getting into double figures led by Conor Riordan’s 18, and shooting 44% from the field. In the tournament championship game, the Storm dominated Hope after building a 36-18 first half advantage. Riordan once again led the scoring effort with 20 points and John Barbee grabbing 9 rebounds. The Storm have now won three games in a row after their season opening loss to Bethany Lutheran, and host #10 Wisconsin-Platteville tonight.
