It was an uneven start for the Pella Christian boys basketball team this season, with dominating wins and heartbreaking losses over the first eight games.

Head Coach Larry Hessing tells KRLS News while shooting defined them in games both good and bad, they need to take the next step as a team and find ways to win when the shots aren’t falling from range.

Pella Christian opens 2019 by hosting Newton in a girls-boys doubleheader on January 4th.
