The beginning of the Pleasantville Baseball season this summer was not the way the Trojans are used to starting off. Pleasantville started off 4-8, but recovered to out together a six game winning streak in the middle portion of the season and end the season going 7-2. Coach Sheldon Card tells KNIA Sports while it was a rollercoaster season, he enjoyed the time with the players and how they fought through adversity during the season. Pleasantville ended the season with a record of 18-17 and finished in fifth place in the West Central Conference.
