The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will receive a fiscal year 2020-2021 Recommended Budget Presentation from Knoxville City Manager Aaron Adams. The meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. and will be held inside the Municipal Building Council Chambers.
