Twin Cedars Basketball Squads both lost to Seymour on Tuesday night. The girls fell 58-37 while the boys lost to the Warriors 50-40. Leading the way for the girls was Brooke Roby with 13 points. Coach Trent Verwers told KRLS Sports his girls did a lot of things well, and five players found the scoreboard. The boys played their best defensive game of the season but still came up a little short. Coach Blake McWilliams told KRLS Sports six players scored between five and eight points. The Sabers will host Ankeny Christian in a make up game on Thursday.
