The Pella School Board reviewed the results of a climate survey at their meeting Monday. The anonymous survey was conducted to evaluate the engagement, satisfaction, and relationships of the current staff and their feelings about the overall direction of the Pella Community School District. The board also approved the 2018-19 fiscal year audit, a proposal for an additional softball coach, and the first reading of revisions to the 300 series in the District Handbook.
