The postseason awards keep pouring in for area girls basketball players as three girls were selected to the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association all-state teams. The Knoxville duo of Katie Keitges and Maggie Wilkins was selected in class 4A with Keitges earning a second team honor and Wilkins being selected to the third team. Keitges led the Panthers scoring 23.2 points per game while Wilkins scored 23 points per game as the Panthers finished 20-3 this season. PCM’s Regan Freland was selected to the class 3A second team. The Mustang senior led PCM scoring, averaging 16.4 points per game. She will continue her basketball career at Kirkwood next season.
