Another mild day today will give way to windy, cooler conditions to end the week. According to the National Weather Service, blustery conditions begin early Thursday and continue through overnight Friday. Light snowfall is possible during that time, which may make some roads slick. Heavier snow amounts are expected mainly north of Highway 30 in the state of Iowa.
