The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday. They will hold public hearings and consider rezoning ordinances for 401 and 407 N Kent Street, as well as for Kading Properties on W Bell Avenue. The council will also consider a change order for the Competine Trail, and discuss a community economic development position.
