Indianola Parks and Rec is hosting the next edition of their Afternoon Adventures Speaker Series later this month after being rescheduled due to winter weather in January, featuring Lewis and Clark in Iowa. Kathy Kester with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News attendees will go through the journey of Lewis and William Clark as they traversed Iowa, and will meet some of the characters who made the two-year journey. The free program is hosted by Indianola Parks & Recreation and sponsored by Community 1st Credit Union as part of the Afternoon Adventures Series on February 27th.
