The Indianola City Council met in regular session and a study session Monday evening, where Mayor Stephanie Erickson read a proclamation declaring April 28th as Arbor Day in the City of Indianola.

The council gave direction to city staff regarding automatic sprinkler systems in storage occupancies, and approved a rezoning and plat approval of the Fairacres Addition. After the meeting, the council met in a study session to discuss council meeting times and conduct training.
