Construction at the Jefferson Intermediate-Middle School connector is expected to continue well into the new academic year, but the project remains on track. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says a warm winter allowed crews to come and get extra work in and keep the overall project in line to be finished for a mid-school year move in through December and January at the end of 2024. Ebeling says the ten new classrooms, band room, and other functions, will fully bring together the flow of Pella Middle School and Jefferson Intermediate and relieve space concerns in both current facilities.
