The Warren County Board of Supervisors passed a resolution in support of a development north of Indianola in unincorporated Warren County at their meeting last week, welcoming a $1.3 billion investment from ATG. The project, which was presented to the Board of Supervisors, is a 300-acre site that will include training facilities for football, basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, rugby, and more, with the goal of establishing a world-class destination for professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes to train.

The development will also include public amenities including a hotel, restaurants, a Topgolf-style entertainment venue, an aquatic center, pickleball and tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts.

Hear more about the investment on an upcoming program of Let’s Talk Indianola.
