The #8 in 1A Pella boys tennis team found a win over #5 Boone at home on Friday in a 6-5 matchup. The Dutch showcased continued improvement after back-to-back losses a few weeks ago in dual meets, and Pella has now won four head-to-head matchups in a row. The Dutch return to action on Monday at home against #4 in 1A Waverly-Shell Rock.

Cold and windy conditions greeted the Pella boys golf team on the road north to West Delaware at Pin Oak Links in Manchester Friday. The Dutch placed 4th, posting a score of 319, with some of the major 3A contenders in Iowa in attendance, behind the hosting Hawks(304), Solon (315), and Waverly-Shell Rock (318). KJ Besick scored a 73 to lead the Dutch, followed by 81 from Patrick Bishara, 82 from Cole Floden, and 83 by Landon Reynolds.
