The Simpson softball team will match up with rival Central in the American Rivers Conference tournament semifinals today at the Simpson softball field. The Dutch dispatched Loras 10-1 in five innings in the quarterfinals, and Simpson will try to replicate the results in their doubleheader against the Dutch from April, a combined 29-6 doubleheader sweep. The Storm go into their first game of the tournament leading the conference in nearly every offensive category, in the top three in nearly every pitching category, and committing the second least amount of errors.
