The Pella Police Department announced that Lieutenant Bret Haupert and Sergeant Justin Bailey have successfully completed the FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute, a week-long leadership training held at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The department reports that Sergeant Bailey also earned the distinguished FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award. This award is presented to law enforcement professionals who complete all three components of the series: the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute.
“The Trilogy Award represents a significant achievement in leadership development and reflects a deep commitment to professional excellence and community-focused service. At the Pella Police Department, we remain dedicated to ongoing training and development that supports both the personal and professional growth of our officers,” the department released in a statement.
