Both Melcher-Dallas Summer squads won on Tuesday with the baseball squad drubbing Moulton-Udell 12-1 and the softball squad routing the Eagles 14-1. Baseball methodically built a lead through the game. Leo Schrader led the Saints offensively with three hits. Hudson Cox, Reece Chiabotta, Austin Remster, and Evan Schrader got two hits each. Remster got the win going six innings allowing just two hits and striking out nine. Softball also enjoyed a blowout win over Moulton-Udell and put the game away with nine runs in the top of the 4th inning. Hayden Branson and Jenna Mickey led the hit parade with two each while Ashlyn Metz, Gabby Overgaard, Danni Enfield, each collected three RBI. Lotty Nolte got the win allowing just two hits and striking out five. Both Melcher-Dallas squads are off until Thursday when they host Murray.
