The Pella Public Library will continue their “Learn to Play” nights on Monday, June 9th, featuring the game Splendor from the library’s growing board game collection. Mike Smith will lead the game night, starting with an introduction to the game and how to play. Splendor is a game of chip-collecting and card development with illustrations on the cards and chips to represent gems. Multiple sets of the game will be available for groups to play for as long as time allows. Online registration is suggested for planning purposes, and can be done by visiting the link here. The program will take place in the library’s Meeting Room at 6 pm and is free and open to ages 12 and older.
