It should come as no surprise that KNIA/KRLS area athletes were featured heavily throughout the 2025 Iowa Track and Field Coaches Association postseason awards, which honor the runners, jumpers, and throwers who competed at the 2025 state track and field meet last month.
Several local competitors earned Elite All-State recognition, the highest possible honor from the organization, which is based on having a top four best time or distance among all classes at Drake Stadium May 23rd through 25th.
