Funeral services for Max Smith age 72, CEO of Smith Fertilizer and Grain, will be held Friday, August 22nd at 10:00am at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Knoxville. Burial will follow at the Graceland Cemetery. Following the service, there will be a gathering at the funeral home to celebrate Max’s life by sharing stories and fellowship. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 4:00-7:00pm at the funeral home. Memorials in Max’s name may be made in care of his family and will be designated to some of Max’s many passions.
