The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved a Weiler site plan at their meeting on Tuesday.

This is going to be an expansion to the Weiler facility which will be lots 12,13, and 14 of the Reimer subdivision. The new expansion will be south of Weiler drive. Weiler CFO Megan Weiler Green tells KNIA/KRLS that the company is adding a new building to their expanded current campus which is on the south side of Weiler Drive. Megan says this will allow Weiler to relocate and expand some of their manufacturing processes and expand their existing assembly footprint. 

The manufacturing company that specializes in road paver production started with just five employees in 2000 and has expanded over the last 25 years into a company and facility that is one of the top employers in Marion County and South Central Iowa. You can find the complete site plan here.
