
Michelle Kingery is stepping down as the Communications Supervisor for the Marion County Sheriff’s office.
Kingery was with the Sheriff’s office for 17 years and she began her career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2008 as a Dispatcher, and in 2019, she advanced to the role of Communications Supervisor.
A social media post by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office states, “Throughout her career, Michelle has exemplified professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to serving the citizens, officers, deputies, and emergency personnel of Marion County. Over the years, she has earned numerous awards, accolades, and honors recognizing her outstanding contributions and accomplishments. The sheriff’s office is currently hiring for the role to replace Kingery. Kingery is taking over as office manager for the Knoxville Police Department.
