The PCM volleyball team will travel to Williamsburg tonight for the opening round of Class 3A Region 5 play.

The Mustangs finished the regular season with a 23-5 mark and defeated Greene County in their last match of the season and they will now take on a Raiders team who is 20-10 and lost to Mount Vernon in their last regular season match. PCM is led in kills this season by sophomore Libby Winters who has 217 while Jorja Teeter has 120 and Peyton Lathrum has 113. Tori Lindsay leads the Mustangs in assists with 505 while Addi Hudnut leads the team in digs with 242. The Mustangs have 245 ace serves as a team this season.

The Raiders have been led in offense this year by Kylee Suhr who has 178 kills while Clarissa Suhr has 174. Tonight’s match will start at 7:00 pm and the winner will face either Roland-Story or Hampton-Dumont-CAL.
